The Datamation Product of the Year 2009 Awards recognize Datamation readers'
choices for achievement and innovation in enterprise sofware and hardware
products.

<B>Eligibility</b>
<p>
Enterprise software and hardware products must have been introduced or
significantly updated (e.g. a new release version) within the 2008 calendar
year. Campaigns must have launched between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2008.

<b>Nominations</b>
<p>
Datamation readers may nominate award candidates online <A HREF="http://solutions.internet.com/index.php/5521_default">here</A>. 
<p>
<b>Finalists</b>
<p>
Datamation editors will tabulate the number of votes and qualifications of
eligible nominees to determine finalists. The list of finalists will be
posted for about a week. Readers may vote for their choice of winner in
each category.

<b>Winners</b>
<p>
Winners will be announced on the Datamation home page in February.
Winners and all finalists receive the Datamation Product of the Year
2009 logo, which they will be permitted to use in marketing materials.
